In October 2015, the client Scientific Games Interactive, a division of Scientific Games Corporation, USA invited Stanley Finkelstein Ltd to submit a Proposal for Project Management, Design and Construction for their new 1,500 square meter Office Facility to be built in Tel Aviv, Israel.
SG Interactive provides robust IGaming and Social casino solutions to the global gaming industry anchored by the world’s portfolio of casino games, including slots and table game content from Bally, Barcreat, Shuffle Master and Williams game studio. Listed on the NYSE, SGMS’s commitment to shareholder value and the acquisition of several companies into one the acquisition of Dragonplay in Tel Aviv fueled the need for the expansion of their Tel Aviv office.
The design vision of this new office was rooted in SGMS’s guiding principle of Excellence and supported the core value of Passion, Innovation, Integrity, Quality and Respect.
The floor plan comprised a reception area, open space for 110 work stations, 12 private offices, 5 conference rooms to accommodate 6, 8, 12 people respectively, , kitchen and pantry area to accommodate 100 people, collaboration/amenity areas and a game area to include a pool table.
The scope of the Proposal was to engage the services of a project management firm to assume the lead role in the design and construction of the project as well as the design and coordination of the architectural, mechanical, electrical, structured cabling, security systems, key card access system. The design was to include the furnishing of the offices. Total budget responsibility and control, time management of the construction and completion of the project, including responsibility for obtaining all the required permits to enable occupation on completion of construction.
The time frame for the building and completion to occupation was 4 months.
Construction commenced in August 2016 and was completed and occupation of the offices in November 2016.
The project was completed successfully on budget and on time.
